Agentic Full-Stack
Architecture
An AI-enabled product has a promising prototype but no safe path to production. Set the boundaries, identity model, data flows, and delivery plan before the system grows around unexamined assumptions.
What you'll ship: Reviewed architecture deliverables and business challenges: system designs, database schemas, CI/CD pipelines, security reviews, deployment strategies, and operational documentation.

About this lab
The useful skill is directing the build, not racing the AI to the keyboard.
Agentic full-stack architecture is the practice of designing applications where AI agents can plan, use tools, manage state, and complete multi-step work within a governed software system. It connects the interface, backend services, data stores, integrations, and deployment decisions around the agent rather than treating an LLM as a standalone feature.
This lab assumes some technical familiarity and teaches you to direct AI-assisted builds across that system. The focus is application architecture, security, orchestration, resilience, observability, and handover. It is not a machine-learning engineering credential or a substitute for production experience.
Most bootcamps teach syntax. The job needs you to set the rules, choose the stack, design the schema, enforce security, and own the deployment while AI writes the code.
Your first brief is a promising AI product prototype that needs a production architecture. You define its system boundaries, authentication, data flows, deployment path, and recovery plan. The architecture specification makes the risks and delivery decisions visible before implementation begins.
What you'll ship: Reviewed architecture deliverables and business challenges: system designs, database schemas, CI/CD pipelines, security reviews, deployment strategies, and operational documentation.
The curriculum
Own the system around the code
Move from directing AI-generated code to owning the architecture, security, and delivery decisions around it. Each phase turns a decision into evidence you can defend. Preview the opening phase, then unlock the complete lab when you purchase access.
Self-paced: typical completion varies by lab and starting point. See the study commitment below for the expected range.

Who this lab is for
You do not need to be a senior engineer. You need the willingness to reason about systems, ask better questions of AI, and take responsibility for the architecture the code depends on.
Operators, consultants, and founders
Learn to direct software builds without becoming the person typing every line of code.
Career transitioners into technical leadership
Build the judgment needed to define architecture, enforce security, and manage delivery with AI support.
Technical builders moving into system design
Strengthen your ability to reason about full-stack tradeoffs, cloud deployment, and operational resilience.
