This page explains the rights available under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

Your rights

• Access: ask for a copy of personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: ask us to correct incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Erasure: ask us to delete data where there is no continuing lawful reason to keep it.
• Restriction: ask us to limit processing while an issue is checked.
• Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing.
• Portability: receive certain data you provided in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Automated decisions: ask about significant decisions made solely by automated processing. Vera supports learning and review, but it does not make employment, credit, insurance, or other similarly significant decisions about you.

How to make a request

Email hello@trymaze.com with the request, the email address linked to your account, and enough detail for us to identify what you need. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. You do not normally have to pay. We will respond without undue delay and normally within one month. Complex or multiple requests may take longer where the law permits, and we will explain why.

Limits and exemptions

Rights are not absolute. We may retain information needed for legal claims, fraud prevention, security, financial records, or another lawful purpose. We may withhold information that would disclose another person’s data or confidential information. If we cannot comply, we will explain the reason and tell you about your right to complain.
